This form is also forwarded to Tokyo Immigration
and should be filled out by the sponsor of the applicant.
It must prove financial support to applicant.
The original of this form is in Japanese for immigration purposes.
3. Certificate of Paying Expenses_Sample.pdf:
This is a sample and English translation of NO.2. Since Form NO2 is in Japanese,
this sample helps foreign students to understand what are written in Form NO.2.
4. Agreement Confirmation.doc:
All applicants to ISB must understand and agree to this confirmation.
